The Birth of Faiā

Faiā was founded in Singapore in 2019 with a single mission: to bridge gaps between people and technology. Our aim is to be the most trusted brand in community & tech within Asia-Pacific. Our current technical specialty is Bitcoinˢᵛ integration, supported by Community-Centred Design.

 

As a consultancy, we approach each of our clients with integrity, a collaborative spirit, and fresh eyes to develop customized, unique strategies leveraging our expertise in Community-Centred Design and emerging technologies such as Bitcoin.

The Word

The word faiā is actually Samoan for 'bridge', or "a natural feature that spans a divide." When combined to form the word 'faiā'oga', it means 'teacher'. When pronounced, faiā also sounds like the word fire, one of humanity's first true technologies and a source for countless mythologies. We want to light the world on Faiā.

First and foremost, Faiā is a management consultancy. We offer bespoke professional services to improve the business and communities of trailblazing ecosystem-builders. We currently specialize in a unique overlap between two areas: community management and blockchain integration (BitcoinSV), but are not limited as such.

 

We're passionate about people and technology, and so typically work with ecosystem builders and scale-ups. Our plan is to start small and niche, then expand out into multiple industries and services by or before 2024.

 

Our ultimate aim is to have a positive impact on the world by bridging gaps between communities and technology.
